Alejandra Herrera lives in Petaluma with her husband and two young children. Since starting Heart&Home Housekeeping in 2012, she has been keeping houses clean and tidy throughout the entire North Bay area.
How much will it cost to have my house cleaned?
The price is mainly based on the size of your home and the
frequency of cleaning. Heart&Home will also take into
consideration your priorities and instructions. Since each
home is entirely different, we will meet with you to review
your home and personal needs prior to scheduling your
cleaning.
How many people will do the cleaning?
We work in teams of two to three to complete the job as
quickly and efficiently as possible.
Do you provide supplies and equipment?
We bring everything we need to clean your home for you. If
you have any special products that you prefer, please let us
know.
Do I get the same team each visit?
Because we are a small business we can insures you will
primarily have the same team for each visit.
What if I am unable to be at home for the cleaning?
Most of our customers are not home when we clean. We
work from your personalized instructions to maintain your
home. As long as we have access to your home, we’ll be there
to clean.
What if I am not happy?
Do not ever hesitate to contact us if you have a complaint or
a concern. If you are ever dissatisfied with your service, we
will return the next day to address whatever was missed.
What if something is broken by the housekeeper?
This has only happened once, and we gladly refunded
replacement value on the broken item.
